چکیده
KarcinoidovĂŠ srdeÄnĂ onemocnÄnĂ je souhrnnĂŠ oznaÄenĂ pro vĹĄechna srdce, kterĂĄ vznikajĂ v dĹŻsledku pĹŻsobenĂ neurohumorĂĄlnĂch lĂĄtek produkovanĂ˝ch karcinoidem. Ve vÄtĹĄinÄ pĹĂpadĹŻ se jednĂĄ o poĹĄkozenĂ pravostrannĂ˝ch srdeÄnĂch chlopnĂ, dominantnÄ insufi cienci trikuspidĂĄlnĂ chlopnÄ, a vede k pravostrannĂŠmu srdeÄnĂmu selhĂĄvĂĄnĂ. U menĹĄĂ ÄĂĄsti pacientĹŻ, pĹibliĹžnÄ do 10 %, mĹŻĹže postihovat i mitrĂĄlnĂ aortĂĄlnĂ chlopeĹ. V prezentovanĂŠ kazuistice uvĂĄdĂme pĹĂpad pacientky s diagnĂłzou raritnĂho primĂĄrnĂho karcinoidu ovaria, klinicky pĹĂtomnĂ˝m karcinoidovĂ˝m syndromem, vÄetnÄ postiĹženĂ to netypickou formou komplexnĂho pravo- levostrannĂŠho takĂŠ rychlou klinickou progresĂ onemocnÄnĂ.
